We adapt a case-by-case method to assess and process a warranty claim. SKIN XTC will ask questions on email to determine the product issue and for reporting analysis. A warranty claim is valid 30 days from the date of purchase of any product ordered via www.skinxtc.com.
Where SKIN XTC require the return of good as applicable, the return cost to the UK address provided below, bear by the customer and reimbursed by SKIN XTC with 5 business days of receipt of the return, to the original method of card payment.
Warranty:
All SKIN XTC LTD skincare devices purchased via www.skinxtc.com are covered with warranty against manufacturing faults 1year from the date of purchase. If your skincare device is faulty during the warranty period for advice and resolution, please immediately contact SKIN XTC on email via info@skinxtc.com

If you would like to cancel your order of any product purchased via www.skinxtc.com, please immediately contact SKIN XTC within 14 days of purchase on email via info@skinxtc.com.
If you would still like to cancel your order following contacting us you have another 14 days (from date of email advising of intention to cancel), to return the product to the UK. Please note the return shipping cost is not reimbursed, paid for, nor is a pre-paid label provided.

When cancelling an order within the 14 days of receipt, the product must be returned with unsealed packaging to avoid an invalid refund. A refund for a cancelled order is processed within 14 days from receipt of goods by SKIN XTC.

notes to US:
1. Transglobal Express deliver parcels to Heathrow Airport, tracking movement is uploaded within 2-3 business days of collection from SKIN XTC.
2. Even though tracking is not uploaded to USPS system between the arrival landing time into US and the time it reaches a major USPS hub for official scanning, your order is however still traveling through the states.
3. Door-to-door transit time via USPS from UK is a maximum 7 business days.
Customs & duties:
VAT on shipping to EU, EEA and Canada are handled at the time of transaction of order purchase via www.skinxtc.com to avoid long delays with boarder control authorities, unexpected charges and ensures government legislative compliance.
VAT
SKIN XTC is a UK VAT registered company. Only to UK customer orders, VAT is applied to goods including shipping cost, which is the total amount of the order, via www.skinxtc.com. These UK orders attract a 20% VAT charge collected for the UK government.
VAT UK/EU export tax is based on the tax percentage set by the country of the parcel destination which ranges from 17% in Lithuania to 27% Hungary. The VAT EK/EU VAT is dealt with at the checkout of order via www.skinxtc.com. This is NOT an EU good and service tax.
VAT shipping charge to import goods from UK into Canada is 5% of the total order which includes the shipping charge, plus a $2.50 administration fee, handled at the time of purchase, at the checkout via www.skinxtc.com.
There is no UK / USA VAT liability on goods to the value of $800 USD which includes the shipping charge, from the UK the USA.
